The product to be introduced into the installation comes from a reactor (REF:C4049). Using a pump, the product from the reactor is sent to the exchanger (REF:4050). The product enters the exchanger where it is heated until the product reaches the column at a temperature close to boiling and deaerated. The temperature of the exchanger jacket is regulated by the secondary circuit of the oil boiler (REF:C4051). The product then goes to the distillation column (REF:C4045) where it arrives by gravity. The column agitator has spoilers behind the rollers to return possible projections from the rollers as they rotate to the hot surface. It also has blades that close the rotor assembly, allowing the passage of gases to the center of the tube but preventing the passage of liquid, which is returned to the hot wall by the action of the centrifugal force. The head of the column is wider than its body in order to reduce the speed of the vapors. It also contains a demister whose function is to eliminate liquid carryover towards the condenser. The column jacket temperature is regulated by the boiler secondary circuit (REF:C4051). In the condenser (REF:C4046) the vapors from the column and the exchanger meet. The vapors are condensed and collected in the tank (REF:C4047). The fraction not evaporated in the column is collected in the tank (REF:C4048).
