What is a sieve used for?
A sieve is an instrument used to separate solid particles by size. It is also a physical method used for separating mixtures and impurities.
Mainly used in industrial sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food, it is used to separate, for example, flours, sugars, or pigments.
It is usually made of AISI-304 or 316 stainless steel and can be prepared to work in potentially explosive atmospheres; for this, it will have the corresponding ATEX documentation.
