Hydraulic briquetting press manufactured by UMP Technika, model BP-600A, designed for compacting biomass and various industrial by-products into high-density briquettes.
It offers a production capacity of up to 600 briquettes/hour and a maximum compaction pressure of 1,700 kg/cm², processing material with a maximum moisture content of 15% to produce briquettes measuring 150 × 60 mm (base) × 40–105 mm (adjustable height).
The machine operates continuously and automatically and is equipped with an electrical control panel featuring a Siemens PLC, frequency inverter and hydraulic power unit.
