CPS Liquid Filler
Machine built in 304 stainless steel, completely pneumatic, linear, consists of 4 pistons of 250 ml each, being able to fill different capacities.
Capacity from 30ml to 250ml in each piston
The machine consists of an accumulation tank.
4 special pneumatic anti-drip nozzles for products that leave threads and can stain the containers.
Inlet and outlet tape for jars(if necessary it would be new under ATEX specifications)
The machine would be fitted with a support that would hold the 4 nozzles that would lower, raise and dose all at the same time.through a pneumatic cylinder
Control panel according to standards
Speed ??to be determined according to bottle volume and product viscosity.
