Unused counterflow pellet cooler manufactured by MÜNCH-Edelstahl GmbH, model SDCC5.
The unit operates using a counterflow air circulation system, reducing the temperature and surface moisture of the pellets before storage or packaging.
It is equipped with a square-section cooling chamber, an integrated discharge system, a motor-driven rotary airlock at the inlet, a hydraulic power unit for the discharge mechanism, and level and temperature sensors for process control.
Its nominal capacity is up to 5 tonnes/hour with 6 mm pellets, depending on the product and operating conditions.
