Stainless steel sigma BCH mixer/extruder with jacket.
Approximate working capacity of 100 litres (depending on product) with a maximum total capacity of 250 litres.
304 stainless steel mixing chamber measures approximately 720mm long x 780mm wide x 700mm deep.
Internal design pressure rating of 100 mbar (90% vacuum) at 150°C.
304 stainless steel outer jacket with a design pressure rating of 6.8 bar at 170ºC.
Has (2) 304 stainless steel Sigma blades driven by (2) 4 kW motors with gearboxes.
304 stainless steel discharge screw driven by 4 kW motor with gearbox.
Air operated unit hinged cover. Includes control panel.
