New disperser with a 145 mm diameter rotor, manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel and featuring a polished finish of Ra < 0.80 μm.
It is designed to withstand vacuum conditions and a working pressure of 20 bar. The motor has a power output of 7.5 kW, providing a rotational speed of 2,930 rpm.
The top-entry mounting configuration allows installation in open tanks, atmospheric closed tanks, or pressure/vacuum vessels. The mechanical seal is located next to the rotor-stator assembly, ensuring that it always remains submerged.
The equipment is designed to process a maximum volume of 1,500 liters. Its fully hygienic design ensures very easy maintenance.
