MONTEMU 500 LITER STAINLESS STEEL 316 TANK WITH AGITATOR AND SCALE

Industrial reactor manufactured by MONTEMU, model AB-500, in 2013, with a total capacity of 500 liters, built in 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an off-center stirring system.

The equipment is designed to work at atmospheric pressure and under ATEX conditions.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed propeller at two heights, with an off-center arrangement, designed to promote mixing and homogenization of the product inside the reactor. It is powered by a 1.5 kW motor.

The reactor has a vertical configuration on legs, with Klöpper-type upper and lower ends. It incorporates a bottom discharge with an NW-type connection.

The reactor body has an outer diameter of 900 mm and a height of 750 mm, with a thickness of 3 mm. The top and bottom surfaces are also 3 mm thick.

The overall dimensions of the transport equipment are 950 mm wide and 2,150 mm high.
