1.200 LITRE VERTICAL STAINLESS STEEL TANK WITH AGITATION

Vertical stainless steel tank with a capacity of 1,200 litres, manufactured by OLIVER Y BATLLE, model DIL-1200, year 2000. The equipment is fitted with an agitation system consisting of an agitator driven by an 11 kW motor at 1,460 rpm, 50 Hz and 400 V, with a PL 125/2 EO gearbox and a reduction ratio of 20.96 i.

The tank is mounted on legs and features Klopper-type upper and lower heads, as well as a 450 mm diameter manway on the upper head. It has upper connections of 2 x DN50, 2 x DN25 and 2 x 1" connections. The discharge is DN80.

The body has an internal diameter of 1,190 mm, a height of 1,100 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. Both the upper and lower heads have a thickness of 4 mm. The equipment has transport dimensions of 1,450 x 1,450 x 3,950 mm and an approximate weight of 1,000 kg.
