VERTICAL PROCESS TANK JOSHUA GREAVES STAINLESS STEEL 1000 LITERS UNUSED

Unused vertical stainless steel process tank manufactured by Joshua Greaves. Approximate working capacity of 1,000 liters. The unit features a bolted domed top cover and a welded domed bottom. Internal design pressure rating atmospheric up to 80 °C. External stainless steel jacket rated at 3.5 bar design pressure at 80 °C. The unit is fitted with a top-mounted anchor agitator driven by a 1.5 kW, 1461 rpm motor and an off-centre high-shear general agitator driven by a 7.5 kW, 2890 rpm motor. The unit includes (1) ICS Cool Energy iC 220 water chiller 50 Hz and (1) ICS Cool Energy i-Temp ci 90t9 water chiller 50 Hz. The unit also includes an Alfa Laval rotary lobe feed pump. The unit is mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.
