NEW PORTABLE HOMOGENIZER

New portable homogenizer with a 145 mm diameter rotor, manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel for all product-contact parts and with a polished finish of Ra < 0.80 μm.

It is designed to withstand vacuum conditions and a working pressure of 16 bar. The motor has a power output of 7.5 kW, providing a rotational speed of 2,930 rpm.

It includes an atmospheric solids suction system, which allows powdered solids to be injected directly into the homogenizer inlet. This process solves the problems associated with incorporating floating solids and reduces processing time when all other ingredients are loaded through the hopper, as they are added directly into the homogenizing chamber. The hopper has a capacity of 50 liters and is equipped with a butterfly valve that allows both closure and flow rate regulation.

All components are mounted on a wheeled trolley for easy mobility.
