Vertical shaft basket centrifuge with top discharge and bag mounted on a flywheel, reconditioned. Model 100F-500 manufactured by RIERA NADEU. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. Suspension: Rigid centrifuge on a flywheel with four anti-vibration mounts. Lid: With 5 manual latches, lid opening via a hydraulic piston (hydraulic power unit included), two flat sight glasses, fittings for N2 inlet, and connections for washing and charging tubes. Transmission: 4 kW ATEX electric motor. Safety features: Pneumatic safety piston for lid opening, lid safety piston detector, open lid detector, detector for tachometer on machine and motor (junction box included), temperature probes on bearing column, and DCM ground continuity system.
