RIERA NADEU 200F-1000 STAINLESS STEEL 316 CENTRIFUGE 250 KG

Industrial centrifuge manufactured by RIERA NADEU, model 200F-1000, constructed in 316/316L stainless steel.

The equipment is fitted with a basket with a diameter of 1,000 mm and a height of 480 mm, with a cake thickness of 145 mm. It has a working capacity of 200 liters and a maximum centrifuged product load of 250 kg, based on a density of 1.25 kg/dm³. The maximum rotation speed is 1,085 rpm.

The centrifuge is currently offered in as-is condition and without documentation.

Optionally, COMQUIMA can carry out a complete refurbishment of the equipment, including the installation and upgrading of safety systems. The machine can also be assessed and adapted for operation in ATEX atmospheres, including the corresponding certification. New electrical panels, control systems and inerting systems can also be designed and installed, adapting the equipment to the process and customer requirements.
