COMTEIFA FT-12-B ATEX CENTRIFUGE 280 KG REFURBISHED

COMTEIFA FT-12-B vertical-axis basket centrifuge with top discharge using a filter bag, completely refurbished by COMQUIMA in 2025 and certified for operation in ATEX atmospheres.

The centrifuge is mounted on three legs with a suspension system consisting of tie rods and compression springs. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in 316L stainless steel, except for the seals.

It is equipped with a basket with a diameter of 1,200 mm and a height of 420 mm, with a working capacity of 225 liters. It allows a maximum centrifuged product load of 280 kg, based on a density of 1.25 kg/dm³. The maximum operating speed is 850 rpm and it is equipped with an 11 kW motor.

The lid is opened and closed by pneumatic cylinders. As part of the refurbishment, various safety, control and monitoring systems have been incorporated to ensure safe operation of the equipment.

The machine is equipped with a double-acting pneumatic safety cylinder for locking the lid, safety cylinder detector, open-lid detector, tachometer on the machine and motor, temperature probes on the upper and lower bearings, DCM mass continuity system, vibration detector, connection box for detectors and sensors, and a general grounding connection on the machine base.

The equipment is supplied refurbished, with CE certificate, ATEX certificate, maintenance manual, operating manual and spare parts list.

Optionally, COMQUIMA can supply the electrical panels required to complete the installation, including the power panel, control push-button station and inerting cabinet.
