1,300 LITER STAINLESS STEEL 316 TANK WITH AGITATION

Industrial tank with a total capacity of 1,300 liters, constructed of 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, intended for industrial processes of product storage and mixing.

The equipment is designed to work at atmospheric pressure and under ATEX conditions.

The agitation system incorporates a four-bladed propeller and current breakers inside the tank, a configuration that promotes mixing and homogenization of the product, reducing the formation of vortices during the process.

The tank has a vertical configuration on legs, with Klöpper-type top and bottom. It incorporates a 300 mm internal diameter manhole, facilitating access for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance operations.

It has a DN50 flanged discharge connection for product evacuation.

The tank body has a height of 1,000 mm and an internal diameter of 1,150 mm, with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The top bottom also has a thickness of 3 mm.

The overall dimensions of the transport equipment are 1,200 mm wide and 2,300 mm high.
