2,000 LITER STAINLESS STEEL 316 TRAMEGA TANK WITH AGITATION

Industrial tank manufactured by TRAMEGA in 1997, with a total capacity of 2,000 liters, built in 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with a Rushton turbine agitation system at two heights.

The equipment is designed to work at atmospheric pressure and features a vertical configuration on legs.

The agitation system incorporates two Rushton turbines positioned at different heights, with tripod supports and draft breakers inside the tank. This configuration promotes product mixing and dispersion, reducing vortex formation during the process. The agitator is driven by a 3 kW, 1,400 rpm motor.

The tank has Klöpper-type top and bottom ends. The top end incorporates a 600 mm internal diameter manhole, facilitating access for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

It has a DN50 flanged discharge connection for product evacuation.

The tank body has a height of 1,500 mm and an outer diameter of 1,300 mm, with a wall thickness of 4 mm. The top and bottom surfaces also have a thickness of 4 mm.

The overall dimensions of the transport equipment are 1,400 mm wide and 3,000 mm high.
