3,000 LITER STAINLESS STEEL 316 BACHILLER TANK WITH AGITATION

Industrial tank manufactured by BACHILLER in 2003, with a total capacity of 3,000 liters, constructed of 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system.

The equipment is designed to work in atmospheric and ATEX conditions, with a body working pressure between -0.02 and +0.05 bar and a working temperature of 30 °C.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed propeller with a tripod-type support and current breakers inside the tank, designed to promote mixing and homogenization of the product and reduce the formation of vortices during the process.

The tank has a vertical configuration on legs, with Klöpper-type top and bottom. It incorporates a manhole located in the body, with an internal diameter of 450 mm, facilitating access for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance operations.

It has a DN50 flanged discharge connection for product evacuation.

The tank body has a height of 2,500 mm and an internal diameter of 1,200 mm, with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The bottom also has a thickness of 3 mm.

The overall dimensions of the transport equipment are 1,300 mm in length, 1,200 mm in width and 4,330 mm in height, with an approximate weight of 700 kg.
