18,000 LITER STAINLESS STEEL MOINTER REACTOR WITH AGITATOR, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Mointer reactor, 18,000 liters, made of 316/316L stainless steel, with agitator, half-pipe, and thermal insulation. Manufactured in 2002, it features a vertical configuration on legs, Klöpper-type upper and lower bottoms, and load cells for product weight control.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed propeller, a deflector, and a mechanical seal, driven by a 7.5 kW motor with a gearbox that provides a rotation speed of 38.15 rpm. This configuration allows for mixing and homogenization operations in industrial processes.

The half-coil allows for heat exchange to heat or cool the contents and has a volume of 520 liters, a working pressure of 6 bar, and a working temperature of 150 °C. The reactor body is designed to operate at atmospheric pressure and a working temperature of 150 °C. The equipment is thermally insulated and complies with ATEX regulations.

The tank has an internal diameter of 2,500 mm and a body height of 3,000 mm, with 6 mm thicknesses on the body and top. It incorporates a 500 mm manhole on top for easy access and a DN50 flanged discharge.
