BACHILLER STAINLESS STEEL 316 EVAPORATOR REACTOR , 4,980 LITERS, WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Industrial evaporator reactor manufactured by BACHILLER, with a total capacity of 4,980 liters, built in 316 stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The unit is designed to operate under vacuum, with a body pressure of -1 bar and a working temperature of up to 175 °C. It includes a half-pipe for heating or cooling the product, with a working pressure of 6 bar and a temperature of 175 °C.

The reactor incorporates an agitation system to promote mixing and homogenization of the product during the evaporation process.

For the condensation of the vapors generated during the process, the equipment has two heat exchangers: an upper exchanger, reference C14799, installed at the top bottom of the reactor and equipped with a condensate collection tank, and a side exchanger, reference C14739. These peripherals allow the condensation and condensate recovery stage to be integrated into the process.

The reactor body has an internal diameter of 1,590 mm and a height of 2,100 mm, with a thickness of 6 mm. The top bottom is 8 mm thick and incorporates a 450 mm internal diameter manhole to facilitate access to the interior of the equipment.

The reactor is designed to work under ATEX conditions, under vacuum and at high temperatures.

The overall dimensions of the equipment are 1,800 mm wide and 4,600 mm high.
