4,980 LITER STAINLESS STEEL 316 EVAPORATOR REACTOR WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Industrial evaporator reactor with a total capacity of 4,980 liters, constructed of 316 stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange, and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The equipment is designed to operate under vacuum, temperature control, and in ATEX atmospheres. It features a half-pipe that facilitates heat exchange for heating or cooling the product during the evaporation process.

The reactor incorporates an agitation system to promote mixing and homogenization of the product, as well as heat transfer during the process.

For the condensation of the generated vapors, the equipment has three heat exchangers: an upper exchanger, reference C14742, installed at the top bottom of the reactor and equipped with a condensate collection tank; a second exchanger, reference C14743, intended to condense the remaining gases from the condensate collection tank; and a side exchanger, reference C14741.

This configuration allows for the condensation of vapors in different stages and the recovery of condensates generated during the evaporation process.

The reactor body has an internal diameter of 1,590 mm and a height of 2,100 mm, with a thickness of 6 mm. The bottom is 8 mm thick, and the unit includes a 450 mm internal diameter manhole to facilitate access to the reactor interior.

The overall dimensions of the equipment are 1,800 mm wide and 4,900 mm high.
