REACTOR BRIGGS OF BURTON STAINLESS STEEL 316 1,200 LITERS WITH JACKET AND AGITATION UNUSED

Unused Briggs of Burton process vessel, approximately 1,200 liters, in AISI 316/316L stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 1,200 mm diameter x 870 mm straight side. The unit features a bolted domed top cover and a welded hemispherical bottom. Internal design pressure rated for 10 bar / full vacuum over a temperature range of -20 to 210 °C. External jacket in AISI 304/304L stainless steel, rated for 10 bar / full vacuum over a temperature range of -20 to 210 °C. The unit is equipped with a top-entry gate-type agitator in AISI 316/316L stainless steel fitted with PTFE wall scrapers, driven by an 11 kW motor / gearbox. The unit includes a bottom-entry Silverson emulsifier model BE600 in AISI 316/316L stainless steel, driven by a 22 kW motor. The unit is mounted on AISI 304/304L stainless steel legs.
