3,600 LITER STAINLESS STEEL REACTOR 316 WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Unbranded industrial reactor, manufactured in 1992, with a total capacity of 3,600 liters, constructed of 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The equipment has a half-pipe that allows the product to be heated or cooled by the circulation of a thermal fluid, facilitating temperature control during the process.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed, double-flow propeller, a baffle, and a mechanical seal, designed to promote product mixing and homogenization. It is powered by a 2.2 kW, 1,420 rpm ATEX motor connected to a gearbox with a 14.79:1 reduction ratio, providing an agitator rotation speed of 96 rpm.

The reactor has a vertical configuration supported on brackets, with Klöpper-type top and bottom ends. It incorporates a 440 mm internal diameter manhole located in the top end to facilitate access to the interior of the equipment.

In addition, it has load cells that allow the weight of the product contained in the reactor to be controlled.

The reactor body has an internal diameter of 1,580 mm and a height of 1,500 mm, with a thickness of 6 mm. The top bottom also has a thickness of 6 mm.

The equipment is suitable for working in ATEX conditions.
