TRAMEGA 316 STAINLESS STEEL REACTOR , 3,000 LITERS, WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Industrial reactor manufactured by TRAMEGA in 1997, with a total capacity of 3,000 liters, built in 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The equipment is designed to operate under vacuum, with a working body pressure of -1 bar and a working temperature of up to 130 °C. It features a half-pipe that allows for heating or cooling of the product through the circulation of a thermal fluid, facilitating temperature control during the process.

The agitation system incorporates a two-bladed propeller at two heights, current breakers, a mechanical seal, and Teflon scrapers to promote mixing and homogenization of the product, as well as sweeping the interior surfaces of the reactor.

It is powered by a 2.2 kW, 1,400 rpm ATEX motor, connected to a reducer with a reduction ratio of 16.53:1, which provides a stirring speed of 86.7 rpm.

The reactor has a vertical configuration supported on brackets, with Klöpper-type top and bottom ends. It incorporates a 400 mm internal diameter manhole located in the top end to facilitate access to the interior of the equipment, as well as a bottom discharge with a DN80 flange.

In addition, it has load cells that allow the weight of the product contained in the reactor to be controlled.

The reactor body has an outer diameter of 1,600 mm and a height of 2,000 mm, with a thickness of 5 mm. The top bottom also has a thickness of 5 mm.

The equipment is prepared to work in ATEX conditions, under vacuum and at high temperatures.

The total height of the equipment for transport is 4,200 mm.
