AGUILAR Y SALAS 316 STAINLESS STEEL REACTOR , 18,000 LITERS, WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Industrial reactor manufactured in 1992, with a total capacity of 18,000 liters, built in 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The equipment is designed to operate under pressure, with a body working pressure of 3 bar and a working temperature of up to 200 °C. It includes a half-pipe for heating or cooling the product by circulating a thermal fluid, with a volume of 520 liters, a working pressure of 6 bar, and a working temperature of 200 °C.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed propeller, a baffle, and a mechanical seal to promote product mixing and homogenization. It is powered by a 7.5 kW, 1,480 rpm motor connected to a gearbox with a 38:1 reduction ratio, providing an agitator rotation speed of 37.9 rpm.

The reactor has a vertical configuration supported on brackets, with a Klöpper-type bottom. It incorporates a 500 mm internal diameter manhole located at the top to facilitate access to the interior of the equipment.

In addition, it has load cells that allow the weight of the product contained in the reactor to be controlled.

The reactor body is 3,000 mm high and 8 mm thick. The top bottom is 12 mm thick.

The equipment is prepared to work under ATEX conditions, at high pressure and temperatures.

The total height of the equipment for transport is 6,000 mm and its weight is 5,500 kg.
