MOINTER REACTOR , 316 STAINLESS STEEL, 2,400 LITERS, WITH AGITATION, HALF-COIL AND HEAT INSULATED

Industrial reactor manufactured by MOINTER in 2002, with a total capacity of 2,400 liters, built in 316/316L stainless steel and equipped with an agitation system, a half-pipe for heat exchange and thermal insulation (heatproofing).

The equipment is designed to operate at atmospheric pressure and temperatures up to 150 °C. It features a half-pipe for heating or cooling the product, with a volume of 100 liters, a working pressure of 6 bar, and a working temperature of 150 °C.

The agitation system incorporates a three-bladed, double-flow propeller and baffles to promote product mixing and homogenization. It is powered by a 1.5 kW, 1,420 rpm ATEX motor connected to a gearbox with a 12.1:1 reduction ratio, providing an agitator rotation speed of 117.35 rpm.

The reactor has a vertical configuration on legs, with Klöpper-type top and bottom. It incorporates a 450 mm internal diameter manhole located in the top bottom to facilitate access to the interior of the equipment.

The reactor body has an inner diameter of 1,290 mm and a height of 1,500 mm, with a thickness of 4 mm. The upper bottom has a thickness of 3 mm.

The equipment is prepared to work in ATEX conditions, at atmospheric pressure and with temperature control through the half-pipe.

The total height of the equipment for transport is 3,150 mm.
