Stainless steel reactor manufactured by AXOMATIC, model FUS20.

The AXOMATIC FUS20 reactor is an AISI 316 stainless steel reactor with a total capacity of 25 liters, designed for mixing, heating and reaction processes in laboratory, pilot plant and small-scale production applications within the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

Agitation system
The reactor is equipped with a dual agitation system, allowing high process versatility:
Anchor-type agitator
Speed: 5 – 40 rpm

Cowles-type agitator (high speed)
Speed: 200 – 1,000 rpm
Motor power: 0.56 kW
This combination allows operation with both viscous products and processes requiring high shear.
