VERTICAL REACTOR SINCLAIR STAINLESS FABRICATIONS STAINLESS STEEL 316 15000 LITERS

Used vertical reactor manufactured by Sinclair Stainless Fabrications with an approximate capacity of 15,000 liters in AISI 316 stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 2,300 mm in diameter x 3,540 mm straight side. It features welded concave top and bottom heads. Nominal internal design pressure of 3.6 bar / full vacuum at 165 °C. The unit is equipped with an external stainless steel jacket with limpet coil, with a design pressure of 5.5 bar at 165 °C. The unit is fitted with a top-mounted stainless steel agitator with 4-blade turbine impellers in 2 levels. Driven by a 45 kW motor / gearbox with double mechanical seal.
